Bedico Creek Preserve Holds Ground Breaking for Community Swimming Pool!
April 18, 2013, is a memorable date both for Bedico Creek Preserve and for our residents. Because on April 18th, we had the ground breaking for our community pool!

Construction on the pool has begun, and we anticipate being able to hold our first subdivision pool party some time in August, 2013. The pool for Bedico Creek Preserve will feature gorgeous 2-toned, aqua-colored pool tiles inside the pool itself.

The surround of this custom, free-form designed pool will be a mix of earth-colored ceramic tile and travertine paver surround. As you can see from the shape of the footer for the pool, this pool will have a completely custom shape and will have varying depths perfect for supervised small children and older kids, teenagers, and adults.

The pool is located right next to one of our gorgeous ponds near The Pavilion. The pool’s location makes it perfect for entertaining. Residents can make a reservation to hold a party or cook-out at The Pavilion while enjoying the pool during established pool hours which will be posted once the pool has opened.
